| Option 2 || Formal International Recruiting Program Implemented || You contract with Astat and you pay up front recruiting costs and hire/sponsor international nurses as they are identified. They commit to a long term assignment with you. || |
We use our offshore facilities to establish a pipeline specifically for you. We handle all offshore recruiting efforts and provide all immigration and testing support to get your nurses to the US.
| Option 3 || Contract with Astat to fulfill staffing needs || You enter into an agreement with Astat to provide International nurses to meet your staffing requirements. || |
Based on your projected needs Astat provides nurses from a pool of available nurses. In this option, Astat manages the pipeline based on your projected needs and bears the costs associated with this program. Note that hourly rates will be higher than those of Option 2. Nurses will be employed and sponsored by Astat.
